Ordering is very easy and we have multiple payment options to meet your needs.
Ordering one or many Headpets is easy. Simply select the Headpet you like, choose your size and either Checkout or continue Shopping. Once you are done shopping, you can pay online via Credit Card or PayPal. Please note for PayPal payment, we will only ship to verified addresses.

Shipping and Handling
All in stock orders will be shipped within 2 business days. Headpets uses Canada Post and ships all orders via regular mail. The chart below outlines the fees and transit times for ordering between 1 & 4 Headpets. Please contact us if you require expedited shipping.

Exchanges and Returns
Headpets does not return or refund hats due to health and safety issues. So please be sure to double check your order.
Order Changes or Cancellations
If you have made a mistake on your order, or wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can refund the transaction or make the necessary changes. There is a chance that if you do not contact us soon enough we may have already begun processing your order, in which case changes and cancellations might not be possible.
